Vonage SUCKS Cont...
So, I just checked UPS's website and confirmed that the device has been delivered. So I called Vonage and requested my credit. Well, the supervisor said that I was misinformed and that they need to wait 5-10 business days to make sure it is the device that I shipped, before they would issue the credit. So she said I would get $110 credit in like 15 days. I told her what I had been advised and all she would do was apologize and assure me that she was a supervisor. I asked when they would credit the $10 I paid UPS to ship it. She said that they cannot credit that back, even though i was told I would be. So I am at work and cannot waste my time arguing. I hung up. I will be calling back the minute I get off of work. More to come...
